ABOUT

Bricks Fitness is a locally owned boxing & kickboxing gym that offers classes for all fitness levels. We have two types of classes that are led by real fighters qualified to teach you. We offer Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing fitness classes on a heavy bag for 1 hour at a time. This class is great for beginners & structured to give you a full body workout, and learn effective combos at your own pace. We also offer competitive boxing classes. This is full on boxing training that is great for weight loss, self defense, and anyone with dreams of getting in the ring one day! RESULTS ARE GUARANTEED HERE. 

MEET THE TRAINERS

Josh "Bricks" Reed

Josh "Bricks" Reed has been competing in MMA since 2010. With an amateur record of 12 fights, with 9 wins and only 3 losses.

 

Josh has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling backround. He's been a personal trainer for 7 years and a group fitness instructor now for 5 years.

Nick Knight

Nick Knight is a competitive class coach/cardio boxing trainer. He has a traditional boxing back round with a record of 45-25 from 1992-2013, 3 golden gloves titles, and placed second in the 1994 National PAL tournament.

1 ON 1

TRAINING

We work with you 1 on 1 in areas you want to get better in. Here you get more focused attention with a break down of specific punches, kicks, & footwork techniques from your trainer with different punching/kicking pads. You can also become stronger, leaner, or more athletic with a personalized weight routine. Contact us for more information!

PRIVATE GROUP

 TRAINING

 Private group training structured around your fitness preferences. This is for anyone ages 8 & up who want a private workout at a scheduled time. A minimum of 2 people or more is the only requirement. We offer this here at our club or we can come to your facility.  Contact today for more information!

CARDIO BOXING   & KICKBOXING       CLASSES

This is our trainer led class highlighted in black on the schedule listed above. Here you will learn how to properly throw punches & kicks on a heavy bag. This class starts with a great warmup, and ends with a great abb workout. Contact us for more information! 

COMPETITIVE BOXING CLASSES

A great way to get in exceptional shape, learn a skill, become more balanced, coordinated, and have a blast while doing it. This class is highlighted in RED on our schedule listed above, and is where we train anyone here in our club with dreams of one day getting in the ring, or for self defense purposes. This is 100% boxing training in its full entirety. Contact us for more details!

 SPORTS TEAM TRAINING CAMPS

A unique training tool that will help sports teams stay in great shape, bond, & develop more advanced hand eye coordination with a strong core to go with it, through the use of boxing & kickboxing workouts at scheduled times of availability. Contact us for more information!

Introducing our new BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU program taught by Black belt instructor Derek Bohi! This is a grappling & submission based martial art that is very effective for self defense and a great way to get in shape. This class runs on Monday's, Wednesday's, & Friday's from 5:30pm-7pm. First class is free to try!
