Bricks Fitness is a locally owned boxing & kickboxing gym that offers classes for all fitness levels. We have two types of classes that are led by real fighters qualified to teach you. We offer Cardio Boxing & Kickboxing fitness classes on a heavy bag for 1 hour at a time. This class is great for beginners & structured to give you a full body workout, and learn effective combos at your own pace. We also offer competitive boxing classes. This is full on boxing training that is great for weight loss, self defense, and anyone with dreams of getting in the ring one day! RESULTS ARE GUARANTEED HERE.

Josh "Bricks" Reed
Josh "Bricks" Reed has been competing in MMA since 2010. With an amateur record of 12 fights, with 9 wins and only 3 losses.
Josh has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling backround. He's been a personal trainer for 7 years and a group fitness instructor now for 5 years.
Nick Knight is a competitive class coach/cardio boxing trainer. He has a traditional boxing back round with a record of 45-25 from 1992-2013, 3 golden gloves titles, and placed second in the 1994 National PAL tournament.
BOXING & KICKBOXING CLASSES
This is a trainer led workout class. Here you will learn how to properly throw punches & kicks on heavy bags, specialty bags, punch mitts, & other training pads. This class builds great cardio endurance and strengthens abs & core. We also incorporate different exercises to help build lean productive muscle. What makes this class great is that it is designed & ran in a way so that any beginner or advanced individual can do it at there own pace and get great results out of it! COMPETITIVE BOXING CLASSES
A great way to get in exceptional shape, learn a skill, become more balanced, coordinated, and have a blast while doing it. This class is highlighted in RED on our schedule listed above, and is where we train anyone here in our club with dreams of one day getting in the ring, or for self defense purposes. This is 100% boxing training in its full entirety. Beginner friendly. Kids ages 8 & older can participate. See our schedule above for class times
