Josh has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling backround. He’s been a personal trainer for 7 years and a group fitness instructor now for 5 years.



 This is a trainer led workout class. Here you will learn how to properly throw punches & kicks on heavy bags, specialty bags, punch mitts, & other training pads. This class builds great cardio endurance and strengthens abs & core. We also incorporate different exercises to help build lean productive muscle. What makes this class great is that it is designed & ran in a way so that any beginner or advanced individual can do it at there own pace and get great results out of it!
